My paintings are rustic as they reflect the community of a quaint village, Kaslabad. I play with various emotions, scenarios and contexts as I let my long-necked people do the talking. These figures are dressed in elaborately designed jewellery and attire that signify the culture and tradition of where they belong. They are different coloured faces which echo a subtle meaning of tolerance and indiscrimination. Their keen and sharp eyes appear as if they are staring at the viewer and exhibit a deep sense of wisdom and mystery.
